WhatsApp UsWhat We Clear
The core of commercial clearance work — office, IT, archive, fit-out.
Office Furniture
Desks, chairs, conference tables, reception counters. Single workstation or full open-plan office — we dismantle and carry out.
IT Equipment
Workstations, monitors, servers, printers, networking gear. Routed through licensed e-waste recycling intermediaries. Wipe drives before collection — we're not a data-destruction specialist.
Filing & Storage
Filing cabinets, bookshelves, storage racks, archive boxes. Confidential paper destruction isn't part of our service — engage a specialist shredding provider for sensitive documents.
Fit-Out Debris
Post-renovation debris, partition walls, carpet tiles, ceiling panels. Cleared so the next phase can move forward.
Sectors We've Cleared
Each sector has its own access realities — loading bays, lift windows, hand-back inspections. In our 10+ years we've seen most of them.
Corporate Offices
From startups in one-north to MNC offices in the CBD. We work to whatever window your lease handover allows — including after-hours where access permits (extra charges apply).
Retail Stores
Shopfront turnovers and seasonal resets. We work within whatever loading dock and management-approved window your landlord allows.
F&B Outlets
Restaurant closures, kitchen strip-outs, dining furniture removal. We've handled enough F&B closures to know the pressure of a hand-back deadline.
Warehouses
Racking, shelving, accumulated stock, industrial equipment. Larger crews and lorries deployed for high-volume jobs.
Co-Working Spaces
Tenant turnovers between lease cycles. We coordinate with the space's facilities team where they have a clearance access process.
Healthcare & Education
Clinic relocations, tuition centre clearances, enrichment studio refurbishments. Note: regulated medical waste needs specialist handling — that's not us.
How a Commercial Clearance Runs
Clear scope, clear surcharges, clear handover. Five stages from first message to a cleared space.
WhatsApp Us Photos
Send photos of the space and items via WhatsApp or our contact form. We come back with a free quote — typically same business day.
Site Visit If Needed
For larger jobs we arrange a brief site visit to assess access, lift availability, and any special handling. Helps us quote accurately and prep the right crew.
Confirm Scope and Window
We agree scope, applicable surcharges (after-hours / Sunday / public holiday / walk-up / stairs / ramps), and the collection window. No surprises on the day.
Building Management Approval (Your Side)
For commercial buildings, your facilities team or building management needs to approve lift access, loading-bay use, and (if required) lift padding. Padding is supplied by the building management — not by us. We work to whatever window they grant.
Clearance Day
Our crew arrives at the agreed time, clears the items, and leaves the space ready for hand-back or next-phase work. Reusable items get routed into second-hand channels where possible; recyclables go to licensed intermediaries.
Scaling the Crew to the Job
A 2-person job and a multi-day floor strip-out aren't the same shape. We size the crew and the lorry to the work.
Single Room / 1–10 Workstations
Tenant turnovers, department reshuffles, small office closures. Typically completed in a single visit by a 2-person crew.
Partial Floor / 10–50 Workstations
Partial floor clearances, stockroom cleanouts, mid-size office moves. Larger crews and lorries; sometimes scheduled across two access windows.
Full Floor / 50+ Workstations
Office floor strip-outs, warehouse liquidations. Multiple crews and lorries phased over the days your hand-back deadline allows.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing depends on volume, item type, access, and timing. We don't publish prices because every commercial clearance is genuinely different — a 5-desk turnover isn't the same as a multi-day floor strip-out. WhatsApp us photos and a rough scope and we'll come back with a clear quote that includes any applicable surcharges.
Yes — outside-business-hours clearance is common for commercial work. After-hours, Sundays, and public holidays attract additional charges, which we confirm in the quote so there are no surprises. We also need your building management's approval for the time window before we can confirm.
Honest answer: we're not a data-destruction or document-shredding specialist. Wipe drives yourself before collection if you have data-handling requirements, and engage a specialist shredding provider for sensitive paper. We collect and route through licensed recycling channels, but we don't issue formal destruction certificates — a specialist provider serves that need better.
Timing depends on the size of the space, volume of items, and the access windows your building management allows. A typical 20-workstation clearance might be done in a day; multi-floor clearances are usually phased across several days within the hand-back deadline. We give a timeline estimate in the quote so you can plan around it.
Lift padding (where the MCST or building management requires it) is supplied by the building management — not by us. Your facilities team or tenant rep needs to arrange the padding request alongside lift booking and loading-bay approval. We work to whatever window is granted; we don't liaise with management directly.
We separate items at the collection point. Reusable furniture is routed into second-hand channels where the market exists. Recyclables like metal, paper, and e-waste go through licensed intermediaries equipped to recover material. The residual fraction enters the standard disposal chain. We don't run our own recycling facility and we don't claim NEA-licensed status.
