Frequently Asked Questions

Ten-plus years of clearing Singapore homes — these are the questions we get asked most often. Anything not covered here? WhatsApp us directly.

WhatsApp us a few photos of the items and your address on +65 9888 1292, or fill out the quote form. We reply with a fixed price — no site visit needed for most jobs. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

No. Every job is different — number of items, floor level, lift access, and timing all affect the cost. We quote per job so you only pay for what you actually need cleared.

Yes. Extra charges apply for after-hours work, Sunday or public-holiday pickups, and jobs that require carrying items down stairs or up a ramp (walk-up units or no-lift access). We always quote the all-in figure upfront so there are no surprises on the day.

Furniture (sofas, wardrobes, beds, tables), mattresses, major appliances (fridges, washers, AC units), e-waste (computers, TVs, monitors), renovation debris, and general household clutter. For commercial jobs we also clear office furniture, cubicles, and IT equipment.

We can't take chemicals, asbestos, loose lithium batteries, food or biological waste, cooking gas tanks, dead animals, or any explosive material. Cars and motorcycles are also out of scope. Paints and solvents in small household quantities are usually fine — message us first to confirm.

Town councils only collect dismantled items — they won't pick up an intact wardrobe or sofa, and pickups are scheduled, not on-demand. We handle the dismantling and same-day removal as part of the service, so most customers find it less hassle to engage us directly.

HDB flats don't have a designated service lift, so we use the passenger lift and pad large items ourselves where needed. For condos and commercial buildings, please check your MCST or building management's lift-booking and padding rules before the pickup date — those rules differ per building and are the owner's or tenant's responsibility to arrange.

Typically 24–48 hours for non-urgent bookings. Same-day or next-day slots are sometimes possible depending on crew availability and may carry an express surcharge.

No. This is a disposal service, not a buyback. We don't pay for furniture, electronics, or any other items — even if they have resale value. We do route reusable items to second-hand dealers and recyclers where possible.

Reusable furniture goes to second-hand dealers. Metals and paper are recycled. E-waste is sent through licensed recycling channels. Residual waste eventually reaches the Tuas incinerator and Semakau Landfill via intermediaries. We aim to divert as much as possible from landfill.

Yes — all of mainland Singapore, including industrial areas like Tuas. We don't cover offshore islands like Pulau Ubin, and Sentosa pickups have no special arrangement. CBD-core and restricted zones may need extra coordination with building management.

We confirm payment details over WhatsApp or phone when you book. A small deposit secures the slot; the balance is settled when the job is complete.
